Pink dots on screen

Hey there everybody! I have a problem with my monitor/gpu. sometimes (seems to happen at random) i get pink flickering dots (mostly where there is blue). This is fixed by turning off the screen/unplugging the hdmi connector or restarting the pc. At first it happened maybe once a week but now it happens sometimes even 4 times an hour! The dots don't show up on screenshots. Any help would be greately apreciated
