Yea, their software is junk and they never replied to my email about
it either. I returned their TV tuner card and ended up buying a
Viewsonic N6 which is purely hardware and requires no drivers to watch
TV on your computer monitor. They are not cheap though but the
Viewsonic N6 can upscale the image to 1280x1024 res so if you want to
watch full screen TV at decent quality on your computer monitor then
this is the way to go. The Pinnacle card I had did work using their
software and using some freeware TV app but it suffered from RF
interference on some stations and that is the main reason I went with
the Viewsonic external model. The inside of PC's can generate a lot of
RFI which is not good for things like TV tuners. Some people wrap
their internal tuner with tin foil to help shield it but really an
external tuner is the best option to avoid RFI.
