Question Pixel Bug in some texts

Hi,
Check this image, Do you see a pixel bug in the left side of number 8 ? It's 100% not Monitor Problem cause I had this issues on my old and new monitor but gpu is the same. I don't know how to fix it !
I have this pixel bug on my CS:GO Crosshair (All resolutions 1920x1080 or 1024x768) and some numbers over the Amd Radeon but didn't notice in other games and other apps.

GPU = Gigabyte RX Vega 56 OC
Old Monitor = Samsung 60hz
New Monitor = BenQ XL2411P 144hz

or It can be a windows problem cause when I scroll down the pixel bug is still in the text which actually it should go for the next line
