Question Pixel showing different colour (not dead pixel)

Hi all
I recently bought a new monitor and I just noticed a pixel's colour is not right, it's defenitely not dead. I don't know if it's the monitor or something else that's causing this, asking here just to be sure.

I'm sitting about 40cm away from my monitor, it's just something I noticed this while cleaning the screen

Looks more like a small blemish or something behind the glass. Even in your extreme closeup it isn't something that stands out. I rather doubt that the vendor would replace it for that. And 15" is way too close. Should be at least 18" or more.
