When im watching videos i can almost count pixels on screen, especially on single colored surfaces like sky and i noticed there is blurry circles in the background. The pixellation thing is not noticeable in games but i can see the blurry circles when i get closer to my monitor. It doesn't affect performance but i feel like it makes my game look blurry. I tried on a different monitor, tried different contrast and color settings on AMD panel, tried different drivers too but none of them worked. The problem is a little bit hard to explain but i hope the screenshot helps and sorry about my english.
