In general, while watching a video, dozens of pixels appear all over the screen that I cannot understand, and some of them reappear and some disappear in less than 1 second. To solve the problem, I formatted the computer, updated the drivers of the video card, deleted the drivers with DDU and reinstalled them, but what I did didn't work, what do you think could be the source and solution of the problem?

yes, the problem already occurs when viewing videos and images, but especially when I use wallpapers from Wallpaper Engine, the computer goes crazy


Edit: There is something I forgot to mention, the problem does not always occur. For example: It wasn't coming out this morning but now it's coming out again
