Pixels Flickering in a Checkerboard Pattern

Solution
That looks like artifacting. It might be an unstable overclock. Try using MSI Afterburner to reduce your clock speeds by 25mhz and see if that helps.
Alright, here's what I have:
I RMAd the card because it was overheating. My PSU is a 500w Thermaltake that isn't sold anymore, but is comparable to a Thermaltake TR2 500w
I checked everything above.
By reducing the clock by 100 mhz, it was stable. However, there was noticeable performance loss.
EDIT: There are still a few small flickering sqaures when my card is at 1065 mhz

Temps stay under 80 at all times. no programs in background. Good cooling, stock card. Had card running fine in the fast.
When I underclocked it a bit more, there were no more black pixels and I can now run BF3 on Ultra 1080p. I have no idea why, but underclocking gave me better performance. Anyway, thanks all for your help!

If you have to underclock a card from it's stock (default) settings, then I would consider that as something wrong with the card. It is something you could RMA it for -- in fact, it is probably something that you should RMA it for, as it might be indicative of a bad part that might only give you more problems in the future. If the RMA is with an online store, consider sending it back and getting it from another store or getting a different model/brand (maybe a GTX 750Ti?). If this is a warranty claim, then I don't know if you want to file another claim, but it doesn't look like a good card.
Thanks for the suggestion. Sadly I have already had a bad RMA experience (PowerColor was 2 months late), and I think I'll live with it. Thanks again.
