I am not looking for a really beefy gaming pc even though this might not be even close to one. I just need a pc that can run smoothly.
GeForce GTX1650 ZOTAC GAMING OC 4GB
AMD AM4 Ryzen 3 3200G,3.6GHz BOX
ASRock AM4 B450M-HDV R4.0, PCIe/DDR4/SATA3/GLAN/7.1/USB 3.1
DIMM DDR4 16GB 3200MHz Kingston HyperX Fury CL16, HX432C16FB3/16
500W Raidmax Vortex RX-500AF-V 80PLUS BRONZE
SSD M.2 128GB Patriot Scorch NVMe 1700/415MB/s
5400 2TB WD Blue WD20EZRZ, 64MB
Cooler Master Chassis MASTERBOX Q300L Window

I am also unsure if the power supply is any good since I am unable to use sites like amazon, newegg, etc. So I can't find any EVGA PSU's and If the rig can even fit in the case. Thanks for reading.

Once overclocked the 1200 should perform fairly close to the 3200G for significantly cheaper and should allow for the better GPU (1650S performs close to RX 580) and slightly faster HDD. I also put in a better quality PSU. If possible though I'd push for the Ryzen 1600 if you can fit that into your budget.

Thank you for the recommendations I have found most of the components, I am unable to find the Motherboard you have recommended
I have found the B450M HDV and the 4.0 B40M-K if those are even compatible, and as expected I was unable to find the power supply you recommended so I picked some and maybe they are good for the are compatible for the rest of the pc.
500W Raidmax Vortex RX-500AF-V 80PLUS BRONZE
635W Raidmax Vortex RX-635AP-V, 80PLUS Bronze
650W Antec NE650M, 12cm fan/Semi-Modular/80PLUS Bronze

It's a first gen CPU so it'll work with any B450 board. The only real difference between that and the 3200G as the 3200G has a iGPU however it's not required as you'll have a dedicated graphics card. Also for overclocking there are plenty of guides online.
