(i want it to be a GAMING PC that can play Modern Games on ULTRA HIGH Settings at 60FPS+ on 1080P)

i already have a case for ATX and Micro ATX so there's no need to comment about the Case

Grab this.
If you spend $27 more you can get a 1080.

You could do a little bit better if you went with AMD.

AMD in my country are kinda bad or something because here in my country have a bad guys who thinks that intel is better than AMD, so i'm going with intel

Fans don't mean it's good cooling. What fans they are and how they are oriented affects cooling.

i don't know, there's three fans pre-installed on the case, i'm getting more 3 fans 120mm from amazon or wish.com

They're the same everywhere, Intel USED to be better because AMD didn't make CPUs, their new options are absolutely fantastic now though, three times the threads of an i5 and a far better overall choice, the i5 will be irrelevant with only 4 threads in a few years, even intel recognizes this, as their next i5s are going to be 6 thread.

Why bother coming to a forum for advice if you're going to ignore people anyway though?

well, AMD doesn't have support in my country, they don't even know what is it!! intel is very known in my country, so that's why i'm going with intel

not because of the bad guys, i mean, people here and gamers only likes intel, they hate AMD, there's no support for it either! i don't why, but for real, that's really stupid -_-

I plan up upgrading to Ryzen (current build is Xeon E3). But people are on them memz these days. So memes hate AMD because FX is a furnace. Great! Everyone, hate on AMD because of one single product.

AMD is good in the GPU and CPU range now, their old FX processors used to be garbage, and their 200/300 series cards were meh.
They're very competitive now, just go with what I listed above.

What do you mean no support? Amd has drivers and all that. Games don't care what you have as a cpu as long as it's good enough to run it and does it matter if other people like intel? Just get the best thing you can get for the money now which is the 1600 and roll with it.
