Planning to build pc for the first time

Hi, I am Ankit
from India
I am planning to build my first gaming pc
my budget is Rs 50,000 - 60,000
i want to play games like assassins creed unity, gta 5, battlefield 4 in ultra settings
my Rig
Processor -AMD FX-6300
Motherboard-ASUS M5A97
RAM -Corsair Vengeance (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9R) 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) 1600 MHz DDR3
PSU -Cooler Master GX 650W 650 W
Cabinet-Cooler Master HAF 912 Combat
Hard Drive-Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1 TB
Optical Drive-LG GH24NS95
SSD -Kingston SSDNow V100 SV100S2/64G 64 GB
Processor Cooler -Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO Cooler
GPU -ZOTAC NVIDIA GTX 750TI 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

is my pc is ok or it needs some improvement

looks great, i got a sumilar build myslef.

but one qn: why not take the i3 instead, you wont need the cpu cooler, and also save some energy and there by money during everyday use?

Thanks for your suggestion bt i have read many review about fx6300 ok i will look forward to ur suggestion

so even though fx6300 and i3 4130 are comparable in performance, intel processor consumes about half the power of the amd one and so saves energy on the long run;

a benefit of low power consumption is the heat dissipation; stock cooler is more than enough for i3, and no need for custom heat sinks, etc;

i'd suggest you change the below:
