I don't plan to overclock. Here is my build.

GPU - MSI GTX 760
MOBO - ASUS Z97 A
CPU - i5 4590
SSD - Samsung 840 EVO 250GB
RAM - Hyper X 4GB x2
PSU - Antec TP-550 80+ Bronze
ODD - Asus 25B5st SATA - 880
Case - Raidmax super Aeolus - 2300

Would the power supply suffice? Thanks in advance.

The build's fine, maybe get a higher efficiency psu but that's not necessary

Thanks.

Just another question what do you think on the build in particular in terms of gaming, I have read reviews regarding those parts individually but an insight on how they work together would be great.

The i5-4590 is a great CPU that can handle today's games well, however the GTX 760 may not be very cost effective. For around the same price, you should be able to get a R9 280 which performs better in every aspect, and has more VRAM.

For the motherboard, you may want to get something cheaper. The Z97 chipset is designed fir overclocking your CPU, so a cheaper H97 chipset motherboard would be a cheaper alternative. Asus is quite a premium brand with some extra features that you may or may not use, so if you're really tight on budget, you could go with Asrock.

Both the RAM and SSD are great choices, but I'm not too sure about the PSU. I'll check back with you later.

And lastly, I recommend external optical drives instead. I doubt you'll use your optical drive very regularly, so the external ODD would be a better option. You save space, and remove unnecessary heat from the case. Furthermore, you can use it with your ultrabooks.
