Planning to buy a 120GB SSD, please suggest the good one from the below mentioned

I am planning to buy a 120GB SSD within a week for storing my OS and softwares.

I have sorted out 3 SSDs, please help me to get the best one with explanation, you can also refer something better than this 3:

I like the Samsung. You can use their Magician software to benchmark the drive, which I like to do to make sure I'm getting advertised speeds. You can then also use their Rapid Mode to make it use RAM in conjunction with the hard drive to make it really, really fast. This comes with risks, since it is using RAM to store data, if your computer crashes while you are working on something, you can lose it. I save often anyway so this isn't a concern for me.

Purchase the Samsung 850 EVO; definitely! Now here is what I propose. If your motherboard has an M.2 slot, then buy that instead of the more common 2.5". The performance is precisely the same, but it makes your build look so much neater because the drive fits right on the motherboard; no SATA cable necessary. Here is my second suggestion: Instead of 120 GB, pay the extra $12 and get the 250 GB capacity. That is very inexpensive insurance.

By the way, the M.2 drive will require a mini-screwdriver to remove or attach the drive; there is a single mini phillips head screw. Toward the very bottom of this response are two sets that I've hyperlinked. The first set is the one that I own. It's very nice and has magnetic tips. The second one is half the price but has no magnetic tips. Please let me know if you any follow-up questions.

I normally recommend Sasung ssd's. They perform well and have a proven track record.
