Question Planning to buy proccessor which is better?

I have GTX 1050 ti graphics and 450watts PSU
Which CPU is suitable ?
i3-9100f or Ryzen 5 2600

2600. And once you save enough money, you could upgrade to 3rd gen with a better GPU too. For best B450, Tomahawk Max is best on market.

I search from bottle neck checker it say it will bottleneck for 100% is that a good or bad thing ?

You shouldn't have any bottlenecks. The 1050 Ti is a weak card while the 2600 has plenty enough cores and clock speed to handle any modern game at ease.

Yeah, as previous commenters said, go for 2600.Its just a better CPU, more future proof and will handle great overclock.

Bottleneck checker is junk science, ignore it.
Either processor will be good.
The 9100f has better single thread performance which is good for sims, mmo and strategy games.
the 2600 has more threads which is good for multiplayer games with many participants.

You are more likely to run out of graphics capability in games than you would with either processor.
Particularly if you play fast action games.

You will have processor upgrades available either way you may chose to go.
