Planning to upgrade my PC

I am planning to upgrade my PC as my current rig is quite outdated and slow
My Current Rig:
Intel i3 540 @ 3.07Ghz
4GB Dual channel 1333Mhz DDR3 RAM
ECS H-55m motherboard and 500GB HDD
after doing Lots of Research i have chosen following Parts for my Rig:
AMD Ryzen 5 2400g
Asrock X370 KILLER SLI/AC motherboard
Seagate Barracuda 1tb HDD
Cooler Master MWE 450 PSU
CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX CMK8GX4M1A2400C16R RAM
Circle CC 819 White Cabinet
This Rig will cost around 45k INR around 670 USD
And i also have few question
Q1)Will this rig boot? as i am not using separate GPU
Q2)Any other suggestions regarding modifications of parts like replacing and Adding some parts with above mentioned components
As my primary purpose is basic usage with low end gaming
Q3) Currently i have VGA monitor will it work after using VGA to HDMI converter
Q4) will i able to use my 500gb HDD along with 1tb HDD in this Rig
Q5) WiFi and Bluetooth is must for my Rig
Q6) which version of windows should i install
a) Windows 10 pro Insider preview OR
b) Windows server 2019

(1) Yes it will boot fine, you don't need a separate GPU.
(2) Personally, I would spend more and get a better quality power supply but it isn't a terrible burn your house down model.
(3)You can use an HDMI to VGA cable or adapter.
(4) Yes, install OS on the new HDD, then add the second drive after the install is done.
(5) That board has both.
(6) Do not use a server OS, stay with Windows 10.
