Do they make plasma monitors specifically the PC? Or do you have to get an actual TV? Also, anything to know about new plasmas for gaming?

Solution
Plasma seriously sucks.
It generates inane amounts of RFI/EMI, wastes energy and has bad ghosting problems.

And a high quality LCD display has just as good of picture and nearly as good of viewing angle

Actually, Plasma technology has moved to where it no longer burns in. Additionally, it has a wider viewing angle, color gamut, faster response and lower input lag.

And since gamers typically need more sun, the only disadvantage you're really bringing into this is the extra power consumption, which, yeah, can be more than double an LCD. Can be something like a third of the price though. Just... no one ever buys them because the LED TV's sound "newer", which is a shame, because Plasma is awesome.

That said, I haven't heard of a plasma screen under 42", so...

Why does everyone keep comparing brand-new LCD's to five year old plasmas? The ghosting is gone in new displays.

Why even bother with plasma if LCD is more or less caught up.
Plasma is old tech
