While in the neighborhood screen type in the cheat
boolproptestingcheatsenabled true
then go to the house and shift click on the newspaper and choose the
option to open up career rewards, choose the show buisness career and
it should be available to you.

Another option is there is a hacked object as part of the DMA Woohoo
girls hack that allows you to change the appearance (include plastic
surgery) and everyday dress of any Sim currently on the lot.
