[SOLVED] Play FIFA 19 on PC at 4K?

My PC Specs are:

GTX 1060 6GB
i5-7600K
16GB RAM

I know I can easily play at 1080p at recommended specs with well over 100 FPS but Since I have an Xbox One X and upgraded cable box for 4K, I bought a 4K TV. And I am wondering if my PC specs are good enough to run FIFA 19 at 4K? If so, would it be at the highest quality or will I have to turn down settings?

I don't think so.

I get about one quarter the fps on 4k as I do on 1080p.....so if that was my rig...I'd get about 25 FPS on 4K.....which in my opinion is too low.
