Playing 1920x1080 on a 4k screen

Hi, my question is; if i play 1920x1080 resolution on a for example 29 inch 4k monitor.
If that will look worse than playing 1920x1080 on a full hd monitor?

I want to buy a 4k monitor for playing movies, youtube, e sport games etc, but i also play world of warcraft and that is a verry demanding game. so i would want to play the e sports games on 4k and world of warcraft on full hd. Hope someone can help me with it. Thx in advance
