I've seen people with weaker CPU play games like bf1 cod wII play at high settings at game resolution 1366x768 is this possible? Can I do it as well?

I do not think you can have enjoyable fps with that GT1030.
I5 2400 might also be a problem for BF1 but your GPU should be the main issue.
You can try it tho' and see what you get.

Well i saw guy with i3-2200 and gt 1030 on YouTube and confirmed it by opening Nvidia geforce thingy and Intel thingy and he used resolution 1366x768 On all his games
