Playing games that require port forwarding on public network ?

SO guys my father works in a hospital and they gave us this very nice villa beside the hospital so we stayed there however the network there is public , and most of my games need Port forwarding to play em online , any way I can play those games?

Try it, UPnP might be enabled, there is no way of telling on a forum!!!!!

since you don't have access to the router to do port forwarding, short answer is "no"
Long answer includes possible use of VPN tunneling or usage of 3rd party awful software like hamachi (would mostly fix peer to peer connections only and everyone would have to use it)

so.. unless you are familiar with VPN/3rd party software and how it would fix it, answer is NO
