playing high settings

i saw guy playing with gt 1030 and i3-2220 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PbHpHpEyyDc this is the video he can play high settings at like 30-40 fps can is this real if so i have i5 2400

It's tough to say if it's real but the GT 1030 is actually pretty good for a budget GPU, I've played a couple of games such as WoWs & America's Army on a X4 850, 8gb DDR3, GT 1030 at 900P on med-high settings with around 60 FPS.

Really depends on the game. Older games can be ran at higher settings than newer ones.

Not sure, I don't own the game and the system is actually my fathers so when I visit I put games on his system that I think he'd like, usually ones that are F2P. Seeing the requirements are pretty similar to your CPU and the GT 1030 I would think you'd be able to play the game smoothly, but probably at a lower setting and possibly resolution.
