I don't know the model, but I do know this monitos used to work just fine before when the HDCP was enabled. let me search for the model

If you are using the same cable and have the latest PS update I think they updated to HDCP 2.2 which might not be compatible with the monitor.
Did this started happening after PS update?

I am having the exact same issue. The only way I can have HDCP enabled is to go to Safe Mode and manually set the HDCP to 1.4. Then start the PS4 Pro and enable HDCP. It will allow you to use Netflix and whatever but I understand that HDCP 1.4 stops some of the performance, capping FPS at 30. This problem is really annoying.
