Why is this in the CPU section? You're obviously skinning the graphics card.

Anyways, the general rule is that you use up all items in the kit and make sure you cover all the chips with the components. Some advanced solution also cover the capacitors. If you've done it wrong, you will see massive throttling when the card is under load.

If you already own a 290 with a non reference card, the H55 won't make much of a difference in temperatures.
