After checking most of my hardware, and switching out to a different OS I've narrowed down my problem of my pc rebooting to having SLI enabled. The reboots occasionally happen in games when I click, or press a button on my gamepad with the same results for websites except one in particular. Visiting any page with a video on Anime1.com causes an immediate reboot once the page loads. I've yet to test each GPU, but am already concerned the problem is instead with my PSU. I understand 1050w should be sufficient, but I am also running three fan controllers with 13 fans all together, and the maximum wattage on each controllers is 150w. What's the best method for testing a PSU, and are there any other things that could be causing this?

My current specs are:
Windows 7 64-bit
Intel i7 4790k @ 4.00GHz
Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600
Crucial M500 240GB 2.5" SSD
(2x) Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM
EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3GB Superclocked ACX SLI
SeaSonic 1050W ATX12V / EPS12V
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD5H ATX LGA1150

After testing both cards, I decided to check the motherboard manual on the off chance I screwed up the installation. I found out there is a port called "atx4p" that Gigabyte recommended connecting a sata power cable to. By doing so I have solved my issue, and everything is running smoothly now.

Interesting. I am trying to run two GTX 970's in SLI on a Gigabyte GA-X99-UD4 mobo (i7-5820K), but my system crashes after about 1 minute of gaming. It completely shuts down and reboots. I am running an Enermax 730W PSU which should be plenty of power. No overclocks. I ran power cable to the ATX4P jack on the mobo, but that doesn't seem to help at all. Totally stumped.
