Please critique my $1000 gaming build

This is my build that I would like to go with right now:

I'm worried that the i5 3750k and my mobo will bottleneck the Asus Matrix Radeon HD 7970.
If you have any ideas to make it better, I'm open to suggestions, but I would like to keep it in the $1000-$1100 range.

The power supply is a not reliable.The motherboard is not very good.The ram will conflict with your after market cpu cooler.Your cpu will not be bottleneck the Asus Matrix Radeon HD 7970.
