I've always found that a good Noctua Air Cooler is the best option always. I recently switched from a H80 which failed after 2 years, to a Noctua NH-D15, and it's the best decision I've ever made. Air cooling is a lot more reliable, quieter, cheaper and easier to install.
I say, either go with a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo if you only plan to overclock a little bit, if you want something more hardcore, then go with a Noctua cooler.
