Hello

I want to buy new system but my budget is very limited

i only want to buy CPU and Motherboard And Graphic card

i work with Photoshop and Adobe premiere and some other 3d program

And i Don't want to play Game or overclocking cpu

So Please tell me is amd 3600 Enough ? or order 3600X ? or 2700X ?
because 3600X and 2700X is same price

Please tell me best and Cheapest match Motherboard and Graphic card with the cpu

can i buy brand new Motherboard under $70 and GPU under about $70 ?

Do you already have a decent power supply and 3000Mhz+ddr4 ram?
You should opt for a 3600, it will work fine with a a320m motherboard that has been hopefully updated with a new bios.
A 2700x would be better suited for your needs, but a cheap motherboard won't work well with it.
You won't get a gpu for under $70 new, you'll have to look into used models like a gtx960, r9 280/380, gtx 760, etc. You have to make sure you have a somewhat decent power supply though.
