PLease help boot for windows is not working (i tried almost everything i can)

pls help, i have a copy of windows 8.1 installed onto my pc , after a couple of bootups my computer screen wont load to the windows login screen but just show a green screen(which was the theme color i chose desktop), also after trying many things like updating the gpu drivers and motherboards, it still did not fix the problem. I tried start up repair but its said "start up repair could not repair your pc" and said "log file c:\windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srtTrails.txt". anyone know what that means? and anyone know what i should do?

my gpu is gt710| cpu ryzen3-1200x| motherboard- asrock a320m-dgs|os windows 8.1 64bit

did you check if win 8.1 will work with ryzen since they made it for win 10 .

maybe but i previously installed windows 10 , but only changed to windows 8.1 due to the issue mentioned above thinking it might be os related
