The Warning is for a potential BIOS conflict, however it is listed as supported 3000 Ryzen and this late after the release of Ryzen 3000 its rare to get a non Updated BIOS. Worse case scenarios you either send it back or you can send away for the free AMD Upgrade kit https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/pa-100

Didn't include an OS because you can either run Windows unactivated with little restrictions aside from cosmetic and a water mark. Or you can find a cheap OEM key to buy for around 20-30 USD.

All in all the Ryzen platform is far better for integrated graphics.
