Please Help! Canon IP2770 Yellow not printing

please help i have this new printer canon ip2770 not printing yellow... the ink tank is full and the nozzle is showing yellow mark when cartridge is pressed against a paper but wont print yellow.. i already tried cleaning, deep cleaning, nozzle check and manual cleaning but no luck.. help will b very much appreaciated thanks
