Hi,
Is Dell Optiplex 780 and GeForce GT 730 / 4 Go DDR5 compatible to each other?
It says PCie x16 (16,8,4,1)
Please answer me, Im planing to buy it today

That is not important for GPU.
How much RAM you have?
If you have or plan to have more than 4GB then get 64 bit system, otherwise you can stick with 32 bit.

I read here Memory Bus 64 bit i thought it's about the os

The video card has a 64 bit memory bus but that's just within the card itself. You have a 64 bit CPU so you can run a 64 bit OS. BTW that card can overclock quite a bit. But a low profile GTX750Ti (UEFI BIOS for 780) is much better.
