PLEASE HELP Final component search. (board)

I m building this:

AMD phenom II x4 940 Black edition. (4 cores means fast rendering for cad)
Geforce 8800 GT. I need this exact card for softmodding so no other suggestions please.
8 gb ddr2 1066ghz.
600 watt power supply.

Planing to overclock.

What motherboard would be good for this setup? Need answer within a couple of hours please!!!

This board MUST be available on amazon. budget: 100-150$

1) P2 940's do not overclock well, most your going to get is 800mhz if your very lucky or using water cooling.

2) why not buy it on newegg? it's probably cheaper.

3) what make of PSU?

you need a mb with a 790 series north bridge chipset and a 750 series southbridge .
Gigabyte or ASUS preferably

These are the best overclockers . You DONT need 8 gig od RAM unless you are running a 64 bit OS , 64 BIT app and/or VM's

4 gig is plenty

8800gt's were also renamed and sold as 9800gt's

^ 8800gt's were renamed and sold as 9800gt's but some of the 98GT's are 55nm based not 65nm like the 88GT

Well I guess a 800MHz is a decent overclock as it is already clocked at 3.0GHz...
And the P@ 940 is a good CPU...

^Yeah but when the P2 940's 3.6ghz average is put up against the 955's 4.2ghz average it doesn't look too good even though the 955 is clocked another 200mhz higher.

You can get a P2 940 and 790GX mobo on Newegg combo's for as little as $229.
Your gonna save about $50 on a mobo this way.
