Buy a decent power supply. Everything else should function, the CX series looks good for the price but not really what to buy.

Only weak points that stab my eyes are Micro ATX and PSU. I have aversion towards mATX so I'm a bit biased on that but if you are getting PC like this you might as well reach over for normal mother board. As you can see that PSU is Tier 4 and I would share advice that was given to me pick one from tier one or two.

The H110 is a very limiting motherboard . H170 gives you options for future expansion .
Faster RAM , a little cheaper and easier to use than the HyperX for most people .
4 gig video card . 2 gig is not enough sometimes
I shaved a few dollars out of the cost by using a different case . You can save even more here by using the Source 210 if you wanted . Or even a smaller micro-ATX case
It is $30 more expensive but IMO totally worth the extra

Why do you think micro-ATX boards are a weak point?

I don't see anything wrong with the H110 motherboard for a budget PC.
Memory Standard DDR4 2133 Check
PCI Express 3.0 x16 1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16 (PCIEX16) Check
SATA 6Gb/s 4 x SATA 6Gb/s Check
And no their nothing wrong with a uATX board

As I said I might be biased about it but this is not budget build its solid mid ranged gaming PC and I expect it to have more slots. It has just 2 memory slots
and only one for gpu. If you spend money on good Matx you can get good atx at that point. msi GTX 960 will take two slots because heatsink is big.
Only time I consider Matx is when I make Matx case other wise it just doesn't pay off to take mAtx.

When was the last time you filled all 7 slots in an ATX board?

Not so sure I agree with the idea that H110 is anything other than an extreme budget option .
Two RAM slots means that you cannot add more RAM later without discarding what you already have .

H170 also gives you more SATA ports , more pci-e lanes for other devices , and usually more USB ports .
I would always want to pay the extra in a gaming /performance focused machine

Well I managed to use up all slots on ATX card before. Depends on layout two gpus can take 4 slots add in dedicated sound card that makes it 5 and I have capture card sitting around. You can imagine how 2 extra slots can be used very easily. It is about future proofing your self even if you don't use it at least you won't bash you head once need arises.

That is what I mean it is extreme budget option and it has no place in mid ranged gaming rig. That GTX will take 2 slots and you are left with just 1 PCIe.
You really don't want to skimp on motherboard.

A 666 dollar gaming PC is very budget to me, to some I guess it could be mid level or high end. Mid level to me is a overclocking i5 paired with a GTX 970.
My PC right now I'm using a regular ATX board and the only slot used is for the video card so a UATX would actually do me just fine as I have no reason to add another card in SLI because if I need to do that I would just sell mine and buy another single card that gives me the performance I wish for.
I used a 45 buck motherboard in my wife's PC 4 years ago and it's still working just fine. Had a drive failure in it so I put in a SSD and brought it right back to life with a lot of pep even with just SATA 3. It saturates the SATA a bit but still a nice boost.
For 2 ram slots for just a gaming PC don't bother me 8GB is plenty, if that was a concern you could just buy a single 8GB stick and have no real performance hit with the option to add 8 more later.
