Please help graphic glitch in games

My screen sometimes doesn’t display the game’s graphics correctly whenever I alt-tab. This happens in most games I play and only occurs when I return to the game after alt-tabbing to my browser. It will return back to normal, stay the same, or become worse if I alt-tab several times again. Could anyone speculate what is causing this issue?

You could try using windowed full screen in the game settings, tends to play nicer with tabbing in and out of games but can sometimes affect frame rates.
I don't really know what's causing your issue but alt tabbing in and out of games has always had issues with some games in my experience.

That is the first thought that came to mind, but playing in windowed full screen also cause the problem to arise and lowers my fps quite heavily.
