Hi guys,
I have both a SSD and a HDD in my PC. Recently, I was attempting to access the pictures folder in the HDD (with a few thousand family photos); the HDD folder started loading really slowly (taking about 30 seconds to load the folder). I got impatient and decided to press the hard reset button…
This is when the issues began. Instead of loading as normal, the computer would get stuck at the loading Windows (10) screen with the circle buffering.
I tried:
Note: I don’t care if the HDD survives or not. The contents on the HDD are very important to me and I’m open to ideas on how to recover the contents.
Thank you.

I tried:
- Pressing the power button 3 times in order to have windows repair come up. But, it wouldn’t come up, just stayed stuck at the loading windows screen.
- I took out the HDD and just ran the PC on SSD, it works fine. PC doesn’t get passed the Windows loading screen with HDD plugged in.
- Tried putting the HDD into another computer, other PC didn’t detect it.

Thank you.
