Please any help: RX 480 VS GTX 960
I'm thinking of buying Radeon RX 480 4GB When it release, but in the same time i don't want to buy a new card cause my GTX 960 is still very good to me and capable to run latest games till now.

Should i buy the new RX 480 4GB or stay with my GTX 960????

My PC:
INTEL CORE I5 3340 ,3.1GHz 6MB CACHE
GIGABYTE GEFORCE GTX 960 WINDFORCE 2X OC 2GB
KINGSTON HYPER X FURY BLUE 8GB 1600MHz

Solution
The RX 480 will have increased power, similar to the R9 390x, more video ram and faster speeds. If you have money, get it, if you don't have money, the GTX 960 is a good card to stick with.

I believe you should stay with your 960 until you're not satisfied with it. It'll be very hard to even find a 480 once it goes on sale too, so waiting will give you the option to actually buy one since they'd be in stock, the option to buy one from other manufacturer's like MSI or Asus, and have drivers for the card develop a little.

Short answer is, wait for the benchmarks and see for yourself.
Long answer is that, it really depends from person to person, For some playing games at Medium at 40 FPS might be okay, but for some their requirement be High and 60 FPS, and info from the trusted sources such as sapphire, the RX 480 will be slightly better than the RX 390, GTX 970 and even GTX 980 at some games, so it's obviously better than your GTX 960, it really depends on you, if you really want the best $200 card right now, check the benchmarks and decide for yourself.
