This and I also think that you need to update the BIOS in order for the card to work. Also I don't want to get you down but there are some people whom their system worked after they upgraded to a GTX 750 TI while others complained that it crashes which is because of the insufficient PSU watt.

While there are other threads in tomshardware that share the same theme of this thread, their answer was what "ComputerSecurityGuy" said, a model with no power connectors.

But if I were you, I wouldn't risk it since PSUs tend to take parts of your system when they fail, maybe like the brand new GTX 750 ti or even your whole system

I don't mind spending a little towards a new psu. What I'm worried about is my CPU or the other things in my computer not being able to be ok with upgrading to a graphics card. I want it to be able to just run the basics may be in medium quality for dota 2, maybe CSGO. I used to could run dota 2 very poor quality and minimal lag but now I need a graphics card do too I guess some things I'll put on my PC that will not allow it to run it now without lag. I do not really need anything high end and I do not want to dump a lot of money towards it right now. But I need just a little something extra so I can play those games

Hahahaha 😀! Don't worry, the GTX 750 TI will be bottlenecked by the CPU but not so much that you're going be bummed about as most of the work is done by the GPU, it also depends on the game.

The GTX 750 TI is a very powerful card that can run high end games on 1080p with 30+ fps at highest settings, if not, some games run even on the maximum settings. The GTX 750 TI will handle DOTA 2 and CSGO like a walk in the park and games alike. Have fun :)

This GPU is excellent and will live with you for a VERY VERY long while :)!

Yes, no upgrading the CPU yes, but as I mentioned, the PSU needs to be upgraded to be on the safe side.

I mean if I upgrade my Psu should I just get a better one graphics card that is and why would I need to get a better PSU considering the GTX 750 does not require much power at all

That's why I was asking if someone could just probably post a link to the graphics card that will already fit my computer I just have to buy it and put it in lol like I said I'm extremely nervous when it comes to working on my PC

Solution

Sir, the recommended PSU for that is 400 watts, who even knows if the PSU in his rig is even legit? He's taking a very big risk of putting that there man 🙁

Let me put thos nicely. I am dumb I need a straight answer to my question.... If I need a new psu I may consider if what I have will work then I will keep it at that otherwise please recommend me a graphics card that I do not have to do any kind of upgrading to what I currently have

Well that's wrong, my answers were not really conflicting his, we were "exchanging" answers taken from reviews and from the internet till we come to a good conclusion, as we did.

You need to have more than one answer with more than one opinion so that we all can get to a conclusion on what to be right. If you just want one answer from one person and you decide to trust him, what I mean is, he may be wrong (not computerscienceguy of course) I'm talking in general. Have fun :)!
