I don't know whats going on and its driving me crazy... when playing forza horizon I keep getting a low streaming bandwidth error.. it literally freeze the game then it starts back up

system specs

asrock x570
ryzen 3700x
ballistix 3200mhz 32gb of ram
Samsung evo 970 m.2
msi 2080ti trio

my pc is more than capable of gaming - this is the only game I have issues with

Solution
This is not about network speed, the "Low Bandwith Error" in Forza Horizon 4 is caused by the newest Nvidia Graphics Drivers and references internal texture streaming, which is why a huge chunk of map suddenly disappears and your car stops (probably the game handling the error).
I'm encountering this issue since I started playing again in the last days, I never encountered this problem before and I am playing since launch.
I read on multiple forums that reverting your graphics driver to the version 436.48 solved the problem for many people, just deinstall your currently installed graphics driver with DDU and install this old one.

I'm going to test this myself right now and will report whether or not it has solved the issue for me...

Low bandwidth is related to your network (Internet Speed - Upload ~ Download) your PC Specs is nothing to do with anything to bandwidth, you have said
"it literally freeze the game then it starts back up" did you mean when you are watching the stream or while playing?

Just for reference, here are my specs:
i7 6700k 4.2 GhZ
RTX 2060
16 GB DDR4 2133MhZ
Samsung EVO SSD
Acer 144Hz 1080p Monitor

Edit:
After testing for about an hour I didn't encounter this error, even though I tried getting the speed trap on M68 with 430 km/h. I will continue testing in the coming days and keep you updated.

Edit 2:
Played another few hours yesterday and didn't once encounter this issue. Until Nvidia releases a new driver version I am going to stick with the driver version 436.48
