[SOLVED] Please help me i cant get into windows!

So i wanted to remove my microsoft account in order to login windows without password or pin code. I followed one of the instructions and i dont know how, but it seems like i deleted administrator account.

So i cant log in windows
I dont have an administrator account to reset my pc.

What do i do?

Only real choice is start again

But I don't mean you have to lose everything. You can at least save data and anything you don't want to lose

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
type notepad and press enter
in notepad, select file>open
Use file explorer to copy any files you need to save to USB or another hdd

Once you have copied everything off PC, only real choice is a clean install
boot from installer
