Buying that processor and motherboard then adding a video card is not the way to do it.
Get a FX 6300 paired with a decent AM3+ motherboard even if you have to lower the video card to a R9 280 or so.

ASRock h61 is Intel, so won't fit the amd cpu. Incompatible
The Gigabyte GA-A55 is FM1, you need FM2+ for an A10 APU. Incompatible.
Pentium G630 is Lga1155 Sandy Bridge, asrock h61 is lga1155. Compatible.
8Gb ram (ddr3 1600Hz) compatible with G630/h61
Zalman 500w/HEC 600w. Total junk, not to be trusted, fire hazards. Incompatible with any pc.
Any version/brand/model r9 290x requires a 600w quality Psu. That means well made with good parts, not higher wattage. Quantity does not equal quality.

You're telling me here to stick with g630 with its motherboard asrock h61 or to get fx-6300 with decent motherboard to fit with it that's all good right now all I need is to know which will of them (CPU and its compatible motherboard) will be able to handle the GPU that I mentioned before in my thread because this gpu is what I really care to have
And about the PSU in your opinion what is the best I can use in this case

No. I'm not telling you to stick with the g630/h61. What I said was the motherboard you chose is not compatible with the amd APU you chose. Of the 2 cpus, the amd will be better in the long run being a quad core @ 4.0GHz, vrs the much older pentium dual core @2.7GHz.

If you want to stick with the r9 290x that's fine, the amd A10 can handle it, but you will need to choose an appropriate FM2 motherboard, of which I cannot do since you have not said what country or what budget. Same goes for the psu. What you have available may not be the same as mine or anyone's choices.
