intel core i3 2350m
AMD 6370m

Go to your laptop vendors website and download the drivers. I'm guessing you have switching-graphics or whatever it is called. Perhaps give us the make and model of your laptop and we can give you a link?

still not work and if i install amd driver only, the amd install manager only detect my intel driver...i want amd and intel(sorry for english)

are you 100% sure you've downloaded the right driver from lenovo's website for your PC? installing the "Intel Chipset Driver for Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit, 64-bit) - Lenovo G470" (for your appropriate windows version of course) should install intel HD graphics.

Then you should be able to install the "AMD Graphics Driver (Discrete) for Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit, 64-bit) - Lenovo G470" followed by "AMD Switchable Graphics Driver (Muxless) for Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit, 64-bit) - Lenovo G470", both choosing the appropriate one for your OS.

yes, i'm sure 100%...

i got another problem

possible remove intel completely?

You could remove intel video drivers but it shouldn't be necessary, in device manager you have the appropriate intel graphics installed, I assume lower in the image it's the AMD GPU as unrecognized or something like that.

Try again installing the AMD driver from lenovo's website.

If however the AMD GPU is not showing in device manager whether as uninstalled or as "unknown device" then perhaps your GPU is disabled in BIOS, check your BIOS to see if there's any option disabling the dedicated graphic card.

i reinstall many times but still no luck...in bios only options switchable graphics and UMA graphics...already in switchable graphics...i don't know what to do 🙁

let you know
first adapter for Intel hd 3000
second adapter for AMD 6370m

This isn't really going to help but I had the EXACT same problem with my PC. I fixed it by swapping my gpu into another PCIe slot it then detected. I then shut down and moved it back to it's original slot and never had a problem since. Now since you have a laptop you can't do that so it could be a problem with you mobo. It might be best to speak to Lenovo.

hmm...possible to fix the problem? 🙁 🙁

i really really sad 🙁

Just one last thing what was the problem as you said you just got your laptop back after a repair? Did they swap the mobo by any chance as if they have it probably now has a different GPU? Just a thought......

no, before repair...i don't know what to say 🙁

In that case ask the people who fixed your laptop for the drivers and the motherboard model number. With the mobo model number you'll be able to find out what GPU it has as this sounds like the problem now.

Oops sorry I just misread your last post. Ignore what I just said.
