Please help me...i got my laptop yesterday(after repair)...but now i have another issue...when i install AMD/Intel driver i get this warning 'no appropriate driver to be installed" i get this warning after format 🙁

spec

intel core i3 2350m
AMD 6370m

kkk1 might be into something... use AIDA64 or CPU-Z to verify if you really have the same motherboard your laptop is supposed to have (drivers or not your GPU should appear in device manager). Check which motherboard your laptop should have in lenovo's website.

sorry...i don't how to do

Download CPU-Z: http://www.cpuid.com/downloads/cpu-z/1.68-setup-en.exe

Install/execute it, then go to "mainboard" tab and see if the info in "model" field is the same as the one belonging to your laptop.

EDIT: Lenovo's datasheet of your laptop doesn't give an exact info regarding which mobo it has (http://www.lenovo.com/shop/americas/content/pdf/system_data/g470_tech_specs.pdf)

It only points out it has a Mobile Intel HM65 Express Chipset, so see if at least it's the same chipset, you will find that info in "mainboard" tab.

According to the datasheet your laptop model should be the 4328-27U, maybe googling around with that code you might be able to find out the exact mobo your laptop should have.

about hd6370 show before...but now, not show

Well the chipset matches, though the other models with only integrated graphics have the same chipset...

You'll have to take it back to where you got it recently repaired and indicate that the HD6370m is not being recognized, but everything points out that there was some mobo swap or the dedicated graphic card was taken out.

Before going you could open the laptop if you're up to it and see if the mGPU is there, if so perhaps incorrectly mounted or if it uses some cable to connect its loose?

So, i need go to computer store for repair? or not?

ok, the problem is i don't know where the mGPU do you mean(actually i don't want waste my money)...so, if you give me a screenshot or anything else, i try open :) (sorry for english)

I don't have a screenshot but if the GPU worked before you took it to be repaired and it doesn't work now obviously they either changed the Mobo resulting in a different onboard gpu or they haven't installed the correct driver before returing it to you. In either case i'd take it back to the place it was repaired and get them to fix it. They shouldn't charge you anything as it didn't work after the first repair.

hmm...thanks anyway :)

wow..look scared to open...i think i should go to computer store for repair...how much to pay to repair?(if you know)
