Hello all! I have a problem with the disc, after the computer starts, the CD shows error c1 and after 20 seconds it resets and so in the circle. I tried to change the slots, reset the cmos, tried to connect on the desk only with the processor and frame ... I have no ideas ... help someone? my English is not good, please help

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your specs like so:

OS:

Disc, as in the OS installation disc or the drivers disc? You should be able to create your own bootable USB installer for your OS using Windows Media Creation Tools.

Ok sorry, I'm here for the first time.

I7 8700k
Gtx 1080ti
Ram 16gb ripjaws ddr4 3200mhz cl16
Ssd 256gb
Hdd 2tb
Psu corsair 750w
Mobo aorus z370 gaming 7

I will add from the plate I bought it as being used, in which I worked a different processor and framework. The processor socket is fine, the pins are simple. Maybe the reason is too fast ram and old bios? I will add a video link to YT
