Not sure what my problem is, I’ve had this pc for about a month and my only issue before this was a bad windows install which was causing a kernel 41 issue. A few days ago I started running into a new issue which was games randomly freezing and crashing sometimes it would be in the first five minute first 5 seconds or it would take two hours. I watched my temps and they never went above 75 so it’s fine on that end. Can anybody help me out.

System Specs
CPU-i9 13900k
Gpu- rtx 4070 super Zoltax the two fan one
Motherboard- tuf gaming z790 wifi plus
And 32 gbs of DDR5
The psu is 750w 80+ gold company:Montech

How are you cooling the processor?

Motherboard- tuf gaming z790 wifi plus
What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

And 32 gbs of DDR5
Got a link to the ram kit used on your build?

Montech is the brand of the PSU, while 750W and 80+ Gold are the advertised wattage of the unit and 80+ efficiency rating, respectively. What is the model of the unit? If it's recycled from an older build or has been in service, please pass on the age of the unit.

By crash, do you mean the games crash/close to desktop or that the entire system shuts down?

What driver version are you on for your GPU?

My bios version is 1662

I have a 2 fan aio, ram kit, the psu is a Alpha gold 750i tried looking for a link but couldnt find one. It's been in service is this is a second hand pc its about 2 years old.

By crash I mean my game freezes and then closes, it happens more often on some games than others and sometimes its immediate and then other times its hours later.

Im up to date on my GPU drivers (576.52)

That sounds like the CPU degredation issue the intel 13/14 gen CPU can experience. I would RMA the CPU with Intel, and update BIOS to the latest version so this does not happen again with the new CPU. Make sure the link I provide is for your correct motherboard and download the latest BIOS at the top, version 1820, and start the BIOS update.

Is your PC a prebuilt? Since Montech Alpha Gold 750 PSU [XWYA09-750W] isn't available for individual sale (source). Hence why no official info about it on the brand site as well. But it comes with prebuilt PCs.

With no official specs and review, we don't know if your PSU is good quality or crap quality. Montech does have few good PSUs (Titan series), but bulk of their PSUs are low/crap quality.

Kernel Event ID41 is power delivery error.

Either high CPU/GPU temps or bad PSU. Rarely MoBo VRMs or main electricity grid issue.

which was games randomly freezing and crashing
Among other things, can also be due to high ripple produced by your PSU. Since high ripple in power delivery causes system instability, especially when you have OCd CPU/GPU.

Since your PSU quality can not be confirmed, it is best to assume you have crap quality PSU. (PSU is guilty until proven innocent.)
With this, i suggest that you replace your PSU with known good/great quality PSU.

Good PSUs to go for, are: Seasonic Focus/Vertex/PRIME, Corsair RMx/RMi/HXi/AXi, Super Flower Leadex Gold/Platinum/Titanium.
Or if you want the latest ATX 3.x PSU, then: https://hwbusters.com/best_picks/best-atxv3-pcie5-ready-psus-picks-hardware-busters/3/

750W unit does fine.

(My 3x PCs are also powered by Seasonic. I have 2x PRIME TX-650 units and one Focus PX-550 unit. Full specs with pics in my sig.)
