Question Please Help Me , VGA Lights Stays On

Hi , i have been facing VGA light Stay Solid Red on my pc from the last two days without any reason , i turned off my pc fine and 2nd day , when i turned it on , i am facing the issue.

lemme clear what i have done until now to fix it.

1 : Cleaned the Motherboard
2 : cleaned the ramz
3: Cleaned the GPU itself( Cleaned every part / teapplied thermal etc)
4 : Cleaned and re installed the cpu as well
5: Tried disconnecting the connected hard drives as well
6: cleared the Cmos as well
7 : UPDATED THE LATEST BIOS AS WELL.


But still , the vga stays Red and no display. sometime it boots up and like after 1 minutes , the screen goes black while the pc is on. Most of the time like 95 out of 100 , the vga led stays on.


is my graphic card dead?

CPU : RYZEN 5 3600
GPU : SAPPHIRE RX 590
MOTHRRBOARD : MSI B45P TOMAHAWK
RAMS : CORSAIR 16GB

Its Corsair 650 Watts Bonze 80+ , dont remember the model , using it from the last 3 years.
