please help me with my garpic card and psu.

I have a powercolor hd 5570 and i want to know if it will work with a 450w psu.

my specs:
i5 2400
asus p8z77-m motherboard
4gb corsair vengeance
450w psu

the hd 5570 needs less power compared to the old graphics card so no problems

is it ok if it is powercolor,because it does look different from the older ati hd 5570.did you check the website?the graphic card looks big unlike the last version. will that draw more power?i have a cheap psu too,so will it burn up if i use the card?
