Question Please help me with my playstation 5

I have a problem with BD-rom, doesn't work correctly. Disk does not fit into the drive. Only with effort

If the disk doesn't go in easily it's because the rollers that grab the disc and pull it in are dirty, it needs to be opened and cleaned, don't try it yourself, unless you have done similar things often you will break something.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Make and model drive? (Blu-ray disc reader - correct?) What disk? Source?



Is it possible for you to take a couple of photographs showing the problem?
