I only thing new in this build is the graphics card, so I already have everything else. Would my CPU somehow bottleneck the graphics card? My old video card is a Radeon HD 6870, so how would the performance increase if I go with the one listed below?Any suggestions to the build would be awesome!

Also, is my power supply enough to handle the card? If not then some reccommendations would be cool. CPU reccommendations would be awesome as well

I would not recommend a dualcore. Sure, the fps is on par with quadcores etc on older games but try running it in Crysis vs 4-6-8-cores. Besides, I have a feeling gaming companies are phasing out dualcore support. AC:Unity and/or Far Cry 4 doesn't even support dualcore, can't launch game.

If i5 is too big a leap, some AMD 6350 or 8320/50 maybe? Those are not on par with i5s though.
``G.Skill Value Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory``

why 1333mhz?

for example if you planned to play bf4...there is the recommended requirement
Recommended system requirements

Quad core CPU (Intel Core i5 or i7) at 3 Ghz
4 GB memory (8 GB for 64-bit operating systems)
A modern DX11 graphics card with 2+ GB of video memory, GeForce 600 series or Radeon 7000 series
Windows 7 64-bit operating system (Windows 8 is supported as well)
30+ GB of free harddrive space

so you will need to upgrade the cpu to i5 4690k
