Your pc is pretty low-end, so the maximum video card I can recommend for you would probably be the gx 650 ti. That'll run you anywhere from $120-$150. For 1920x1080 gaming, it won't be able to max many, if any, new games that come out, but anything better than a 650 ti would be bottlenecked by your cpu.

i suddenly find out that my video card has two outputs HDMI and DVI, the DVI is fine but my monitor has no HDMI so i need a adapter HDMI to VGA? so that i can use two monitors in different task? my monitor is LED
 


I would get an hdmi to dvi adapter instead if your 2nd monitor has a dvi port as well.
