So, i have watched hours of PC builds and now I am even more disoriented in what I should get...

should i spend that little bit more on performance??
or should i go for the optics and choose the 2nd pc???

Hey Djoza, thanks for your comment!

What would you do with the fans that are included with the case? Would you use them in a place where the RGB Fans can't reach their full potential or would you not use them at all?

ok so the case comes with 3 fans.1 at the back and 2 at the front.The case supports up to 9 fans,and if i were you i would fill all those 9 places with fans,but if u cant buy 6 fans and only 3,i would put 2 new fans at the front (top and middle possition),1 new fan at the rear and 3 coolers that come with the case up top.If you want to populate all 9 of those fan spots,just buy another 3 fan kit that i put in your build that i edited.

I am currently using a 25" 1440p monitor but am planning to upgrade to a Ultrawide 34" or 38" with roughly 3840x1600 pixels ^^

At least wait for RTX 3000. You don't necessarily have to wait for Ryzen 4000.
At higher resolutions, the bulk of the workload is driven by the gpu and less by the cpu. Going down in resolution, and it's the other way around.

and Zen 3 was Ryzen 4000...
